Because the drill spindle is solidly fitted inside a bearing there is no free flat, this guarentees a high smooth running accuracy, perfect for metal drilling. The machine uses the notorious marathon motor with S-Automatic safety clutch. Also fitted is VTC electronics for constant speed under high load, thermal overload protection, no-volt release switch and low carbon brush wear indicator.
